We'd love to host your next birthday party or family get-together! Come enjoy the fun and play at Flips Gym with your friends and family.

Party rentals are available on Saturdays & Sundays only.
Party rental space is exclusive to your group!
You are welcome to bring a treat but it must stay upstairs & you must clean up after yourselves.
Payment is due 2 weeks in advance.
One of our Flips coaches will be present to monitor participants on Saturdays, but not Sundays. If scheduling on a Sunday, you may be required to pick up the key and go through procedures in advance.

Party Rental Prices
Small Group Party:
$155 for 1.5 hours
$175 for 2 hours
Price includes up to 10 participants, extras are $8 each and paid on the day of the party until it reaches $225.
Grandparents or other adults are welcome to watch.
Large Group Party:
$195 for 1.5 hours
$225 for 2 hours
Price is for a larger group or family, 11-50 participants. Grandparents or other adults are welcome to watch.

Family Party Rental Agreement
To rent our gym, please download the agreement and read carefully. Contact us with any questions or concerns. Return to us prior to your selected date.
General Release Form
For anybody to participate in the gym during the party, a release form must be filled out and signed. Return to us prior to your selected date.
Party Rental Cancellation Policy:
If canceled within 1 week, there is a $100 cancellation fee. If rescheduled at any time, there is a $100 rescheduling fee. If cancelled within 48 hours, there is no refund.
